• Ebooks (PDF and/or ePub formats)
• Audiobooks (MP3 format or streaming)

Digital content is delivered via download link or email.

3. Purchase Procedure

To make a purchase, the user selects the desired products, proceeds to checkout, and completes the payment.
The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT (if applicable).
Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards
• PayPal

No payment data is stored by the seller.

5. Product Delivery

• Printed books are shipped by post to the address provided at checkout.
• Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via a link sent to the customer’s email address.

6. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal is granted under applicable law, as:

• Digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned (Art. 40c nFADP and Art. 16 Directive 2011/83/EU)
• Printed books are considered final goods and are not eligible for return or exchange

7. Legal Warranty

In case of defective or damaged products:

• Customer support can be contacted within 2 years from the date of purchase
• For non-functional digital content, free restoration is guaranteed

8. Jurisdiction

For any dispute, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
